2025 Dues are $25 per year.
Beginning in 2026, dues will be $50 annually, due no later than May 1, 2026.
Annual dues cover the period from May 1 to April 30, and are not prorated.

Your dues pay for the services needed to get information out to the membership, such as mailing supplies and this website. The main purpose of our HOA is to preserve views. Dues are utilized to enforce the CC&Rs necessary to keep our subdivision attractive. An attractive subdivision protects/increases property values.
Note: Dues have not been collected on a consistent basis in the past. Further, the CC&Rs have not been enforced consistently either. The board elected in May 2023, has as their main goal, improving the overall complexion of the subdivision. Registered letters will be sent to property owners who are not adhering to the CC&Rs. Every effort is being made to bring properties into compliance.
Please be patient with the board. The board is made up of volunteers who are giving of their time freely.
